MY ITEM IS DAMAGED AND/OR DEFECTIVE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Mat Viper stands behind our products and guarantees every product lives up to the highest possible standards. Please contact us immediately and include pictures of the defective or damaged product. No returns will be accepted without first contacting us.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

The customer must first contact us via email, then mail the product back to us. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Sale items purchased during a site wide or seasonal sale are eligible for an exchange only. Since all products are custom made to order, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind, or if you order the incorrect size. If there is a manufacturing defect, you can request a return.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do ship worldwide. Note that the customer is responsible for all taxes and duties upon entering the country. We don't ship orders to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries!

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE AN ORDER?

If you'd like to cancel or update an order, contact us immediately. Orders that have not started production will be eligible for cancelation/update. Once an order begins manufacturing, no changes or cancelations will be accepted.
